Hospitality House is excited to announce that its 26th Annual Art Auction will take place on Thursday, May 12th, at The Performance Art Institute in San Francisco. This popular fundraising event brings together members of the arts community to celebrate the Bay Area's exciting, unique, and diverse creative works. Chaired by Don Sanchez (ABC 7-KGO TV/DT), the 26th Annual Art Auction will feature pieces contributed by nationally-acclaimed and emerging artists in a live and silent auction. This year, we are proud to honor Ruth Braunstein (Braunstein/Quay Gallery) for her longtime support of Hospitality House and lasting contributions to the field of fine arts. The Art Auction generates significant funding that sustains the Community Arts Program, ensuring that poor, homeless, marginally-housed, and at-risk residents of the Tenderloin and South of Market continue to have vital access to opportunities for creative expression and exploration.
