27th Annual Art Auction Benefiting Hospitality House's Community Arts Program

Hospitality House is accepting absentee bids on auction pieces for out-of-towners and locals who are unable to attend the event. Credit card information will be required to hold all bids.

To give our supporters the most options possible, we have three easy ways for you to place an absentee bid:

1. Fill out the online form below. A member of our team will be in touch with you shortly for credit card information.

2. Place your bid via telephone. Call (415) 749-2184 to speak to Daniel Hlad, Development Director.

3. Send via fax a completed absentee bid form (right-click and save to download) to (415) 749-2136 and place under the attention of Daniel Hlad, Development Director. For security purposes, do NOT include your credit card information in your fax message. A member of our team will be in touch with you shortly for credit card information.

ABSENTEE BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MAY 30, 2012.

Credit card information (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) is required to place an absentee bid. Your card will not be charged unless yours is the winning bid, and we will give you prior notification. Winners will be informed via phone or email no later than June 8, 2012.
Shipping/Delivery

We will ship to anywhere in the United States at cost. Alternately, Bay Area residents have the option to pick-up winning pieces (for free) at our San Francisco location or schedule a delivery (fee-based) to your residence or place of business.
